Réductions Privées is a portal that provides access to hundreds of e-merchant sites and offers (refunds, discounts, coupons, welcome offers...)


Who can benefit from Réductions Privées service?

To enjoy Réductions Privées service, simply register either through an order confirmation page on one of our partner sites or directly through the home page of https://reductionsprivees.com/. You must be at least 18 years old, a natural person and a French resident. In order to use the Réductions Privées service, you must also accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

How to cancel my subscription?

You can unsubscribe at any time without justification by contacting Customer Service:

Once your subscription is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email and your subscription will end at the end of your current contract period.


What is the price of the Réductions Privées subscription?

The monthly subscription to Réductions Privées is €19.90 including VAT.


What does REDUCPRIV.COM mean on my bank statement?

This wording is used by Réductions Privées so that you can immediately recognise where the direct debit comes from and come to our site and contact Customer Service if necessary.


How will I receive my refunds?

You will receive your refunds directly to your bank account once a month if the amount of your refunds exceeds €5. If the amount of your refunds does not exceed €5, they will be carried over to the next month.

In order to receive your refunds, it is essential to enter your bank details in your customer area.


Are my Cash Back refunds valid for all my purchases?

No, some purchases do not allow you to get a Cash Back refund:

  • Purchases not made on the Internet,
  • Purchases made with vouchers or gift cards
  • Purchases that do not comply with our general terms and conditions

How to use the Réductions Privées service?

In order to use the Réductions Privées service you must:

  • Login to your account on the site reductionsprivees.com With your login details,
  • Then click on the merchant tab,
  • Then click on the merchant you are interested in,
  • Then you will be sent directly to the merchant's website where you can make your purchase as you usually do.,
  • Your purchases will be directly forwarded to us and you will have the amounts of your refunds indicated in your account.

How do I do if my purchases are not credited to my account?

If your purchases are not transferred to your account:

  • You can contact our Customer Service
  • Send your invoice through the interface of your Customer area so that we can take your purchase into account.

What is the maximum monthly refunds amount that I can receive?

The maximum amount you can receive per month for your refunds is €300 for your purchases and €300 for your refunds of shipping costs.


What is the refund term?

The refund period depends on the merchant's return, it usually takes between 14 and 30 days.
